Refund Policy
As consumers ourselves, we understand the importance of having a good refund policy.We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag) * Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained

Payments to be transferred to POSB Savings: 009-69505-2 • Orders will be cancelled if payment was not been made within 3 days after the date of order. • Payment Ref for IB: Pls state date & reference • Payment Ref for ATM: Pls state Date & Time • Please email us once payment is made. Item will be sent out once payment is received. An email acknowledgement will be sent to you.

•All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars. •All goods sold are exchangeable on a case by case basis. We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage •We accept payments via bank transfer or internet transfer (POSB & DBS) •Colours of items may vary slight different from the picture due to resolution. •All prices stated are not inclusive of postage. •Due to the fabric's elasticity, measurements might have variables of +/- 2cm. We made efforts to display the colours & provide the the measurement size as accurately as possible. •Please email us once payment is made. An email acknowledgement will be sent to you. •Most of the items have limited stocks as we only bring in 1 to 2 items. Grab them while it is still available. All preorders items need about 3~4 weeks.
